Day 30: Late Start
I really wanted to leave early today but it just didn’t work. Clint, one of the hostel staff, told me that Johnny had called and said he would be doing the morning shuttle because he wanted to have breakfast with me. I couldn’t just leave. Anyway, it was 10:30 till I got walking.
At Indian Grave Gap Brother Tom was set up offering drinks and snacks to hikers. Apparently he does this 5 days a week.
I camped on Unaka Mtn after passing over the area known as Beauty Spot. 12 mile day.
