Day 90: Shelter Cove 

From mile 1895.3 to Shelter Cove mile 1904.1

We had an easy 9 – 10 mile hike down to Shelter Cove Resort & Marina on Odell Lake.    We passed a bunch of small ponds on the way down.  I had a bit of an upset stomach this morning and ate no breakfast so I was glad it was not a hard day.

There were at least 20 hikers here.  The resort is a small marina, store and a tiny grill.  Mostly it is a campground.  I shipped a box of food here so I have supplies for the next leg.  There’s also coin shower that I used to clean myself and my clothes.

We (Totes, Bones, Digs and I) are going to have pizza for dinner and then go just up the road to a Forest Service campground.
